We are looking for a smart Business Development Executive to join our Team.
Location - Ernakulam
Responsibilities and Duties· Responsible for Business-to-Business lead generation, prospecting and sales conversion for local clients
· Will be working as part of Inside-Sales/Business Development team
· Creating a robust sales pipelines
· Cold calling prospects and attending meetings
· Work closely with the company’s Sales Team in developing and managing domestic clients
· Creating and managing lists of prospects across our target client segments.
· Contacting client prospects (cold calls, emails, etc) and making the initial pitch for our services
· Systematic follow up with each prospect.
· Deliver personal targets of lead generation in a specified service offering or geography.
· Initiating and developing relationships with key decision-makers for business development.
· Understanding clients’ needs and qualifying opportunities in line with a business focus.
· Follow-up monthly calls to maintain client relationships to incubate business.
· Supporting marketing activities through mailing, cold calling, etc.
Required Skills:-
· Minimum of 1-year experience in a similar role
· Have a great understanding of digital services like SEO, SEM, and Social Media Marketing and how they can benefit clients.
· Result oriented and dynamic female with leadership qualities.
· Should possess excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
· Good negotiation, convincing, and client servicing skills.
· Clear presentation & listening skills are mandatory.
Very importantly:-
· Ideally have closed some deals in international markets.
· Must have IT or Digital marketing experience.
· Advantage for those who drives results via social media like linkedin.
· Lead generation using linkdin, to reach the client and get appointments, is necessary
· Have good understanding about tech services and have good communication (written and oral) and analytical skills.
