We are looking for 1 to 2 years experienced and passionate Customer Support Executive, who can assist our organization's clients, understand their queries or concerns regarding our services and resolve any customer complaints. Responsibilities and Duties
  • Attend inbound calls in a professional manner and provide information about our services as required by the clients.
  • keep records of details of customer complaints, inquiries, and comments.
  • Process the queries or concerns regarding our services more effectively.
  • Render timely support to the clients/customers regarding their generated business leads.
  • Follow up with clients by making outbound calls to provide satisfactory support.
  • Resolve customer complaints by interacting with various departments with respect to customer queries to provide effective solutions.
  • Attend to the client/customer requirements by providing quality service delivery.
